Description
This pack contains 38 Tone Models for ToneX, Captures for Quad Cortex or Profiles for Kemper, of an incredible sounding 1997 Thirty Twelve combo: the lowest powered R series amp.
Having also recorded the larger models, it may be the best sounding of the three. Certainly when mic’d up, the tone is richer and fuller. The amp has an EL34 powered output, into a Celestion speaker.
Channel One, features a Marshall style preamp and tone controls. Channel Two, is based on a Fender, with Tweed and Blackface voicings, via the midrange notch filter and Ninja Boost. The combination adds up to an amp that doesn’t sound like any other.

Great amp. I’ve actually been using a different set of Profiles of this same amp, for a few years, that Greg made earlier. I bought my Kemper and tried making my own Profiles, that were pretty average. Didn’t really like any of the included ones. Bought a few packs from the recommended guys, with the big reputations, including ones that wear loud shirts and refer to themselves in the third person…. and they were pretty hit and miss. Some were slightly better, than the included ones, but none of them sound like a real amp. I actually wondered if they’d profiled a digital modeller? I saw Greg playing in Church a couple of times and his tone was incredible and then saw the Kemper. I asked him who’s stuff he used and Greg gave me these and some others to use. I’ve been using his Rivera, Plexi and AC30 and they always sound great. I’ve occasionally bought other packs that promised to be as good or better and they never are. So thanks Greg. I owe you for some great sounding performances and have just bought the rest of these.
